The Deacon Jones Foundation presents the officially licensed by the NFL fine art edition titled “Collision Course” by artist Rob Jackson. This painting shows San Francisco 49ers linebacker, Patrick Willis, scraping down the line of scrimmage on course to collide with a helpless ball carrier.
Patrick Willis was a gladiator on the gridiron and was one of the greatest 49ers linebackers of all time. Patrick Willis retired from the NFL this past March after his 2014 season was cut short by a toe injury that required surgery and sore feet that made playing football more of a challenge.
Congratulations to Patrick Willis on a fabulous career and we wish him the best in his future endeavors, it was an honor watching him play the game of football.
